Donations
Khakiparivar Foundation relies on voluntary contributions to support its charitable activities, community programs, member support initiatives, and social impact projects.
Donation Receipts
Donation acknowledgements and receipts will be issued where applicable.
Tax exemption benefits, if available, shall be subject to relevant registrations and applicable law.
Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate transactions
- Incorrect donations amount due to technical error
- Unauthorized transactions
- Payment gateway processing errors
Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
The request should include:
- Full Name
- Donation Date
- Transaction Reference Number
- Payment Method
- Reason for Refund Request
Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
Final Decision
All refund decisions shall remain at the sole discretion of Khakiparivar Foundation.
